Our team brings together nearly four decades of combined experience advising professional athletes, navigating Dominican Republic real estate, and building financial services operations — and every one of us has made the Dominican Republic home. We don't just sell investments; we live here, we invest here, and we guide you through every step of the process with the same care we brought to the careers of the athletes we served.
Joseph Hache
Over 12 years advising Professional Athletes so they may thrive in their career, protect what’s important to them, and be able to keep what they built while playing as they enjoy retirement.
Joseph grew up between New York and Santo Domingo which gives him a natural tact for foreigners that are interested in exploring business and real estate opportunities in Dominican Republic.
He moved to Dom Rep with his family from NYC in April 2022 and has no plans of moving back :-)
Nearly 15 years working inside Major League Baseball, including eight years with the Colorado Rockies as Supervisor of Cultural Development and three years in mental skills with the Chicago White Sox. Josh has spent his career educating professional athletes on financial decision-making, and making emotionally intelligent decisions.
A Doctor of Education and a founder of MLB's Educational Coordinators' Committee, Josh brings the same rigor to real estate that he brought to player development. He currently serves as a Sales Team Leader, specializing in guiding North Americans through the Dominican Republic purchasing process.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Josh has lived full time in the DR with his wife and two children since 2019; and like Joseph, has no plans of going back.

Robert Hache
With over 15 years of experience guiding companies and individuals through ever-changing environments, Robert's drive to help his clients optimize opportunities is a reflection of who he is at his core. Having grown up in Santo Domingo, lived in the Northeast U.S. (NY/CT), and now calling Punta Cana home, Robert brings a genuine feel for the local environment that few can match.
His newfound love of running and hiking has deepened his appreciation for the Dominican Republic's natural beauty — and given him one more reason to share with people why this is the place to be.
